Pay your first invoice
Pay OMR 299 by card through our secure checkout by 31 May 2027, or the lower referral price if you registered through a referral link or code. Your school is then a founding school.
The deadline
The founding price is open to schools that pay their first invoice by 31 May 2027, Muscat time. After that, new schools pay the standard price of OMR 500 / 1,200 / 2,000 / 3,000 a year, by enrolment.
Questions schools ask
What if our school grows?
The founding price is flat up to 1,500 students: moving into a bigger enrolment band during the year does not change it. Above 1,500 students, the price is agreed individually.
What if we stop?
Nothing renews without your school paying. Each renewal is at the price in force at the time, which we review every year, and your school sees its renewal price on its billing page before it renews.
Does the founding price cover other Bawsala services?
No. The founding price covers Compliance only. Anything else your school adds later is charged at its standard price, shown before you confirm.
How do we pay?
By card, through a secure online checkout. The payment is confirmed at once and matched to your invoice automatically. If your school's finance rules do not allow card payment, contact us and we will arrange a bank transfer.
What if it is not right for us?
Every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund the payment to the card it came from.
Do we need OAQA approval to use Bawsala?
No. Bawsala supports your school's own self-evaluation against the OAQA framework. It is not an OAQA product and needs no approval. The judgements stay your school's own.
Someone recommended Bawsala to us. Does that change anything?
If your school registers through a colleague's referral link or code, it pays the lower founding price available only through a referral for its first year. Bawsala rewards the person who referred you from its own revenue. Any school leader or staff member with a Bawsala account can refer other schools, and is rewarded in cash or with OMR 75 off their own school's next renewal. How referrals work
Can you do the evidence filing for us?
Yes, as an optional paid service. Guided setup, training and help with your own imports are included in every plan; the setup service goes further: we file up to 200 of your existing evidence documents against the standards for you, OMR 149 one-off. Ask for it when you register or on WhatsApp.
