Asabya Academy is an education platform for schools and learners across the Gulf, available in full in both Arabic and English. It grew out of a practical problem: schools run one set of tools to teach and a separate set to prepare for inspection, and the two rarely connect. Asabya brings them together, so the work teachers already do each day also builds the record their school needs.
We currently serve schools and training centres in Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Courses and certification. Students can study digital literacy and artificial intelligence through structured courses, and schools can offer in-class programmes as well as professional development for teachers and leaders. Each course combines structured lessons, automatically marked quizzes, and assignments graded against clear criteria, and learners finish with certificates that can be verified online. The content is written for this region, with local examples and context.
Teaching and administration. Teachers manage their classes from start to finish: enrolment, attendance, discussions, gradebooks, and a shared calendar. Students and staff can be added in bulk, and the platform works alongside the systems a school already uses through the LTI and SCORM standards. Parents can follow their children's progress.
Inspection readiness. Asabya maps to the evaluation frameworks used in each country: OAQA in Oman, the MOE, KHDA, ADEK and SPEA authorities in the UAE, ETEC in Saudi Arabia, and QNSA in Qatar. Schools carry out self-evaluation against each standard and indicator, monitor their readiness, collect evidence, record lesson observations and staff appraisals, run surveys, and plan improvements in one place. Because teaching and compliance sit in the same system, everyday classroom activity produces the evidence reviewers expect, instead of a scramble before each visit.
Built-in AI that does the heavy lifting. A bilingual assistant runs throughout the platform, designed around the tasks people usually find slow. For school leaders, it makes each framework easier to work with: ask a plain question and it answers from the official guidance and shows the exact source, so every answer can be traced back and trusted. It helps draft self-evaluation narratives and suggests which evidence supports which indicator, turning weeks of writing and cross-checking into something far faster. For teachers, it adapts to their role and to the task in front of them. Because the whole platform is bilingual, it also writes and translates between Arabic and English on request, so a document prepared in one language is ready in the other. It is there to remove the repetitive work, not to replace professional judgement, so staff can spend their time on their students.
Security and data protection. All platform data is hosted in the European Union on independently audited infrastructure. It is encrypted, kept separate for each school, and backed up independently, and our handling of personal data follows the requirements of every country we serve.
