Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Asabya Academy learning platform. This is a placeholder document pending legal review — it does not yet constitute a binding agreement.

1. The service

Asabya Academy provides structured preparation for the Certiport IC3 Digital Literacy GS6 certification. The certification exams themselves are administered independently by Certiport at Authorised Testing Centres. Asabya Academy does not administer the exams and does not guarantee exam outcomes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended educational purpose and not to disrupt, copy, or misuse the service or its content.

4. Content

Curriculum content is the intellectual property of Asabya Academy and its licensors. It is provided for enrolled students' personal study.

5. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, under the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled users.
